Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

To be eligible, items must be:

How to Start a Return or Exchange

The item(s) you want to return or exchange

The reason for the return

Photos of any defects (if applicable)
We will reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns or size exchanges.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Big Man Nation will cover all replacement and shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, the following cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn or washed

Items with visible signs of use

Final sale items (if labeled as such)

Digital products/downloads
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’ll happily exchange your item once it has been returned and inspected.
